Box sizes and discounts
Offer several bundle sizes, each with its own discount, so bigger boxes save more.
Box options let customers choose how big their bundle is — Box of 6, Box of 10, Box of 12 — with a different discount on each.
Turn box sizes on
Open your builder and go to the Products tab.
Find the Quantity as an option card.
Make sure Enable quantity as an option is ticked. It's on by default.
Untick it if you want a single fixed bundle size instead of a choice.

Add a box size
Click Add Option.
Title — what customers read, for example Box of 10. Required.
Quantity — how many items go in this box. Required, minimum 1.
Discount Type — No Discount, % Off, or Fixed Price.
Enter the value in the field that appears.
Click Save.
Each new box is pre-filled with a title of Box of N and a quantity that steps up in sixes — so you'll usually want to change both to your own numbers.

Use the trash icon on a box to remove it. You need at least one box. The first box you create is the one pre-selected for customers — there's no separate setting for it.
Fixed Price is the price of the whole box
Set Fixed Price to 40 on a Box of 10 and the customer pays $40 for all ten items, not $40 each. % Off works the other way — it's a percentage off the box's normal total.
A ladder that works

Three sizes is plenty. Make the middle one the default and the largest one clearly the best value per item.
Show the saving on the tab
The box selector tabs can carry a discount badge. Turn it on under Design → Sidebar Widget → Discount Badge and use {{discount_percentage}} in the badge text.
Free gift at a tier
Any box can carry its own free gift — a way to reward the bigger sizes without deepening the discount.
Open the box option and find Free gift at this tier.
Choose How the gift is chosen: Added automatically (every order on this tier gets the same gift) or Shopper picks one (a checkbox lets them opt in, or choose from the gift products you picked).
Click Choose gift products and pick one or more products from your catalogue.
Fill in the Card heading and optional Description shown for the gift — for example On us, with every box of 6.
Needs merged cart lines
A free gift only works with merged cart line mode. If your builder uses individual cart lines, the editor warns you — switch cart line mode in Builder Settings → Advanced settings before turning the gift on.
Hide the size selector
Tiers don't have to be a visible choice. Turn off Show the size selector on the storefront and the builder locks to one tier — usually the first one — while keeping every other box setting (discount, free gift) in effect. Use it when you want the pricing ladder for reporting or future use, but a single fixed size for shoppers today.
